Day 1 — Teaching and Procedural Skill Stations

Morning: cABCDE Teaching
Structured teaching aligned to cABCDE with focus on high consequence care, preparing for application in the afternoon and simulation performance on Day 2.

• Afternoon Procedural Stations
• BMV, SGA, intubation, FONA
• Needle decompression, pigtail, ICC
• Basic and difficult cannulation, IO, CVC, arterial line
• Pelvic binders, traction, immobilisation
• Catastrophic haemorrhage control
• POCUS components

Day 2 — High Fidelity Simulation

Focus on:

• Application of Day 1 skillsReinforcement of cABCDE
• Recognition of deterioration
• Leadership in resource constrained settings
• Structured communication
